Lincoln is steeped in history, much of it dating back to Roman times. Majestic Lincoln Minster stands prominently above the city and can be seen from miles around. Situated at the top of Steep Hill, it sits amongst individual shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Just a stone’s throw away lies Lincoln Castle, home to one of only four surviving originals of the Magna Carta.
